Does anyone have Housing for London open?
I spoke to John today and as there sorting it out for people who are traveling the farthest he dosnt think we will end up being housed, pretty shit but anyway...
there are hostels not too far from Bethnal Green Gardens this one (5 miles away)
http://www.letsbookhotel.com/en/uk/london/hotel/yha-london-thameside.aspx
it has a six person room for friday, sat and sunday night for £240 = £40 each per person for the 3 nights
i thinking something like this maybe a good idea. anyone who is interested put your name down and feel free to seach for other places nearby that look ok too

Sounds great, me rob sal and andy are down on thursday aswell though.
ok we could do that if you want an dil pay an extra £10 for the thursday im not there or split it, lets get it sorted sooner rather than later anyway
Just got your text Ste. I'm not sure if I'll be there on Thursday now, might have to get the train down on Friday for mega ££££££££. Will know in a couple of days hopefully.
But yeah, Im up for that. Just wait to see who else needs what and we can sort out whats best.
Housing is gonna be a problem, I'll get in on this. I could get a place to stay on the Thursday then do this from Friday I reckon.
so who is interested so far?

I could just squat a garden shed on thursday.
I can give a ride for one person + bike + baggage for £15 on the Thursday evening - we'll be leaving Chorlton around 7pm and heading for Bankside around midnight.
No lift back I'm afraid.
Where are 5g staying?
so who is interested so far?

Somewhere really awesome and posh.
Reading?
We 're staying at London University halls in Bankside near Tate Modern.
could we do that too? how much for Thursday to Sunday?
is it this? http://www.halls.london.ac.uk/visitor/college/prices.aspx
Was looking yesterday and found single rooms in some of the other halls for about 30-35 a night
Sir John Cass halls is 30 a night and is super close to the courts.
"A German-style (cheese, ham, croissants, scrambled eggs etc) continental breakfast is included in the price but we also have well-equipped kitchens for you to cook for yourself if our breakfast is not enough you or you want to cook in the evenings."
All pile in one room?
I used this one - http://www.londonuniversityrooms.co.uk/?gclid=CIzk_9nd1bECFbMJtAodKmgAxQ
Showing as £38 for a single currently at Bankside (where they put us after a mix up - we originally had Clerkenwell nr. Barbican, but now we have an en suit upgrade) which is 2.5 miles from the courts.
I'm looking for somewhere for Sat & Sun night if anyone wants to share something..?'

might stay here.....
"Bed type: Real Bed"
Way better than those fake beds you get at Holiday Inn. Especially when viewed with Instagram filters.
Communal wardobe? More like a near death experience, step away from the light! https://a1.muscache.com/pictures/6557474/large.jpg
yeah.. think they mean real bed, not hammock... anyway, i booked there, 1 mile from the court and brick lane beigels on the doorstep for late night/early morning grub.....
what is everyone else sezzin then?
I reckon the halls and stick 2 or 3 in a room.
id rather do it properly, wed did that in berlin and got shafted because the security guard counted people in meaning we had to book another 2 rooms at full price.
the halls are really expensive at £40 per night i think the large room 6 person one at the YHA, was a better deal, its like £10 a night
this one looks ok and would be cheap for 6 of us or even 4 would be cheap
Cheaper is better a far as I'm concerned, maybe hold off for a little while as I think Nesbit is trying to sort a discount at some places.
im train'ing it now, booked 20:15 thursday £12 and 12:40 back on monday £18
