Most people have fashioned some sort of mount to bolt an old rotor to protect the guard. Rob made his own with lots of swearing and possibly bloodshed. "Max Power" make them. Ben used a frying pan and some jubilee (I think) clips.

The old rotor is probably the best and easiest way to diy it.

STOP SHOUTING STE! :P
I just bought a new 160 mm rotor, so the knackered old 180 mm i was using was gonna become a guard, but I'll take the whole thing if it's up for grabs yeah!

I'll have to google boner guard when I get home Chan, doesn't sound SFW.
Potentially, I might see how ste's homemade jobby works to start with.

Cool. I'm confused though, is Chan selling one, or Andy, or neither?

Chan is selling one, I thought about buying it and changed my mind, then I posted a picture as you didn't want to search for it at work.

It isn't compatible with Chan's fork because the dropout is behind the centreline of the fork leg so the disc mount is at more of an angle so the "hoop" part pinches the fork.

should be fine on yours though.
