Looks like ryan wont have my frame ready in time for the london open so i'm looking to lash something together as cheap as poss and need some advice.
Since I already have all the parts ready to go on my oak (fully built wheels, crankset, freewheel, bars, stem, post, front disc etc..) I reckon its probably best to go for a 26 jump frame with singlespeed drop outs. My rear wheel if 135 so i have a lot of choice.
Found this on ebay today:

what do people reckon? Is this the same as Mirek's old one? Also any one have any 26 disc forks to fit it?
Ta
Similar to Mirek's. I've got a Specialized P1 frame at home you can use, you'd need BMX cranks for it though.
Hey Chan, you upgrading.... again!
if you do go down that route may I suggest taking a 10mm steel drill bit to the drop outs, bit of a hack but I've managed to cut 15mm in my axle to BB length.
sorry to hear dude, just read the other thread from yesterday.
Chan do you want to use the gimp? It's still at schoeys house it's a jump bike
Yeah cheers Ste! Is it in polo mode ready to ride?
I have a frame/fork in my room that you're very welcome to use.
What is it joe?
Zimmer frame and tuning fork??
Yeh it's already polo ready, shall I get him to bring it up
The remnants of the old awesome polo bike I used to ride, or the onza forks that didn't foot my new one
Got black Identiti Crisis with P2 forks in the front but it'd need a tensioner and the reach is probably a stretch for you... (You've seen me riding this)
See what happens, it'll only take an hour Max to swap parts onto a different frame+fork so see what works.
Got spare M770 XT SPDs if you need pedals.
You selling those pedals at all?
best option right now is the gimp if its all ready? If its no problem for him to bring it?
yeh il text you
Thanks for all the offers and help. I'm gonna use Mireks for now. Em, can you bring those pedals tomorrow? Think Mirek has flats on his bike
I can bring them to yours on Wednesday, but I'm still off polo at the moment.
Arm still sore?
