I think it's about time we organised a small invitational tournament, like the one Birmingham did a few weeks ago. 8 to 10 teams, wrap up by 6pm.

How does November sound? Thoughts?

Can you create a list of who's doing what (prep/on the day) here please - reffing/format etc?

What's the maximum number of teams?

Best find out if anyone wants accommodation from the outset.

I'll do another Polobus veggie meal deal; will bring goals/corner boards/ref perch/duck whistle - as per the last one we did.

If we make a Master List we can template it for all future mini tournaments/new Directuer Sportfifs - IMHO everyone should have a go at some stage.

4 round of 8 min Swiss, might cut to 3 if we're running late.
16-team elimination. Single or double depends on time.

Does that sound realistic? What did we do last time?

Have plenty of pa. WhAt ya needing? Can possibly get a sm rig over or bring missing stuff if we have it. Let us know what you're thinking/needing and I'll see what I can do.

Nate couldn't find a sitter so Ady and and Andy are with Lewis, not sure if we can sort out the other Hull guys so an extra from Holmsfirth or suttin could be helpful.

There are gonna be 11 teams maybe 12, single court round robin would be 11 rounds of 5 games each, allow 15 minutes per game with changeover and stoppages, that would be nearly 14 hours. I think we need swiss.

4 rounds would be about 6 hours, then 10 games in the elim would be another 2 and a half hours, would mean finishing about 1830, sounds about right.
